Our Board of Directors
The Lupine BOD is composed of parents, staff, and community members. They provide support with time, tools, and resources to increase board effectiveness and strengthen the organizational impact of LMS. The BOD gathers regularly throughout the year in meetings that are open to the community. The primary duties and responsibilities of the board of directors include ensuring that school operations are consistent with Montessori philosophy and the school’s mission statement, operating in the best interests of its students, parents, and teachers, and ensuring the long-term stability of the institution. Board directors actively engage in ongoing strategic planning and oversee long-range planning and financial administration.
