Our Board of Directors

The Lupine Montessori School Board of Directors is made up of parents, staff, and community members who volunteer their time, talents, and resources to support the school’s mission and long-term success. The board plays a vital role in ensuring that school operations align with Montessori philosophy and the values outlined in our mission statement.

The board meets regularly throughout the year, and meetings are open to the community. Core responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, policy development, and supporting the overall health and sustainability of the school. Board members are committed to operating in the best interests of students, families, and staff.

Key officer roles help guide the vision, operations, and governance of the school:

  • Chairperson – Leads the Board of Directors, facilitates meetings, and collaborates with the Head of School on strategic planning and major decisions.

  • Vice Chair – Supports the Chairperson and steps in when the Chair is unavailable. Assists in leadership duties and helps ensure continuity in board operations.

  • Secretary – Maintains accurate records of board meetings, distributes agendas and minutes, and ensures proper documentation.

  • Treasurer – Oversees financial matters, including budgeting, reporting, and safeguarding the school’s fiscal health.

Each officer brings unique expertise and a shared commitment to fostering the growth and success of Lupine Montessori School.
